Programamos um plano da nova parte da cidade baseado na grande diversidade de programas públicos e habitação privada propondo um habitat colectivo/individual e diversidade de usos. Neste novo bairro incluem-se caminhos pedonais, ciclovia, espaços públicos, e soluções de aparcamento e providencia-se a mistura de usos e residência. O desenho urbano permite o desenvolvimento futuro de outras estruturas como a extensão do Canal Anne com uma área de recreativa e de entretenimento que se estende até ao Rio Emajögi.

We programme a plan of a new parto f Annelinn, different from the existing neighbouring, based on a great diversity of public programmes and private housings providing a collective/ individual habitat and diversity of uses.
This new neighbourhood is connected by pedestrian walkways, bicycle paths, public spaces, parking solutions and will provide the area with a living and mix environment.
The urban design permits a futur developpement of other structures such as the extension of the Anna Canal with an entertaining and recreational area that also concerns the Emajõgi river.

The overall scheme is comparable to TA 365.
It has the same rigidness as the Soviet blocks. The entry proposes a kind of a ring road that follows the logic of the existing road scheme. The overall concept is well thought through and clearly expressed. The authors show their real interest in creating space and what they propose is nice. The urban scheme holds the attitude that is directed more towards the public. Housing units face the street, which expresses more communal approach. The scheme holds an interesting contrast between the different densities.
It shows an interesting („sexy“) housing block section. A kind of a messy building section shows the acceptance of the messiness of life.
The overall scheme is rather powerful.
