O projecto propõe establecer uma relação de continuidade entre a cidade existente e o seu território metropolitano periférico, na zona de Campanhã, hoje isolada por duas fortes infra-estruturas-fronteira: via férrea e via rápida.
O projecto procura transcender as pontecialidades preexistentes: topografia e paisagem. Essa continuidade establecida por uma rua, um gesto que é a própria estrutura de projecto. A partir da rua desenvolvem-se plataformas que prolongam e conduzem aos equipamentos do piso térreo, suportam os edificios de habitação e contêm em sub-solo o estacionamento. Através de um jogo de permeabilidade e fragmentação entre e sob os edificios, estes organizam um espaço interiorizado, orientado sobre a rua, e um espaço sobre o vale do Douro.

The Project proposed to establish a continuity relation between the existing
city and its peripheral metropolitan territory, in the area of Campanhã, nowadays isolated by two strong frontier-infrastructures: the railway and the highway.
The prophecy tries to transcend the pre-existing potentialities: topography and landscape.Such continuity is established by a street that, unlike the highway, constitutes a gesture that becomes the structure of the project. From the street, platforms that lead to the entrance floor equipments are developed, at the same time supporting residence buildings and sheltering underground parking lots. Through a permeability and fragmentation game, between and over the buildings, these organize an interiorized space, street oriented, and a space over the Douro valley.
