A moradia é constituída por cave, r/chão, primeiro andar e terraço.
A cave, será compartimentada em sala de jantar, wc, cozinha, lavandaria, e banho de serviço. No exterior, serão construídos três pátios abertos e duas escadas de acesso ao logradouro no r/chão.
O r/chão, será constituído por duas salas de estar e wc.
No logradouro, será construído um alpendre para aparcamento automóvel e um outro no alçado Nascente junto à sala Sul.
O 1º andar é compartimentado em três quartos e dois banhos.

The residence has a basement, ground floor, first floor and terrace. The basement shall by divided into dining room, bathroom, kitchen, laundry and WC.
On the outside, it will be built three open patios and two staircases which will provide access to the ground floor’s public park. The ground floor will have two living rooms and a bathroom.
At the public park, it will be built a porch towards the parking lot and another one on the East elevation next to the South room. The first floor is divided into three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
