Escola de Reeducação Pedagogica das Antas - Maia
O presente estudo refere-se ao projecto do novo Edifício da Escola de Reeducação Pedagógica, que será construída na cidade da Maia.
O novo Edifício será enquadrado num lote rectangular, já destinado a um equipamento social segundo o projecto do loteamento, de 92m por 32m.
O acesso ao edifício será feito por um novo arruamento que igualmente integra o projecto do loteamento em construção.
Estabelecem-se relações visuais nos diferentes espaços que apresentam pés direitos mais elevados, nomeadamente com a sala polivalente, o ginásio ou a piscina.
A ligação entre os dois pisos é feita, quer através da escada situada na entrada e que está preparada para pessoas com deficiências físicas, quer através de uma rampa integrada na sala polivalente.
O volume proposto apresenta-se no piso térreo, alinhado com os diferentes edifícios que fazem parte do loteamento que será construído e do qual faz parte a Escola.
Antas’ Pedagogical Re-Education School – Maia
The current study refers to the Project for the new Pedagogical Re-education School building, which will be built at Maia.
The new building will be fit in a rectangular lot, already destined for a social equipment according to the land division project, of 92 meters (301,8 ft) by 32 meters (104,9 ft).
The access to the building will me made through a new street, that also integrates the project of the under construction land division.
New visual relationships are established in the spaces where the distance between the floor and the ceiling is bigger, notably the gymnasium and the swimming pool.
The connection between the two floors is made, either through the staircase located by the entrance and that is prepared for the physically handicapped, or through a ramp integrated in the multivalent room.
The proposed volume presents itself, in the entrance floor, lined with the different buildings that are part of the land division that will be built, and to which also belongs the School.
